Terra Land Company is owned by Mike Dropik. Mike has been in the Land Development industry for over 23 years. Prior to forming Terra Land Company, Mike spent 11 years as the Project Manager for the development of the King Farm, a 430-acre, mixed-use, neo-traditional development located in Montgomery County, Maryland. The King Farm consists of 3,200 residential units; 125,000 square feet of retail space; and three million square feet of office space. Prior to that he worked for Pulte Homes, Mitchell & Best and Kidde Consultants. He has a B.S. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Engineering. Dropik formed Terra Land Company in 2006.

Mount Tabor Builders is owned by Willie Eby. A small, customer-oriented company, Mt. Tabor has very high standards for quality and craftsmanship. Mount Tabor Builders employs experienced tradesmen with backgrounds in many different trades. They have successfully completed a wide variety of projects, including small single-family to large custom homes, vacation homes, additions, churches and more, using only the highest quality materials. Eby learned about building from his father, who owned a construction company while he was growing up. He started Mt. Tabor Builders in 2001. He prides himself in keeping the customer involved in the building process and meeting their individual needs.
